Can you provide for children’s parties or special events?

Yes. We can provide for all types of special events. As we aim to personalise the experience to each individual we ask that you get in touch with us so we can discuss the finer points of your requirements. Our knowledgeable staff can help tailor the sweets to match your theme, personal tastes or any other preferences you may have.

Do you ship and deliver outside the United Kingdom?

At the moment, No. We have ambitious plans to be supplying the whole world with sweets! However at this moment in time we are only supplying the Mainland U.K and any of the smaller territories off of the coast. If you are unsure if we can ship to you, please do not hesitate to send us a message specifying your request.

Can you supply sweets for wholesale or trade?

Yes but it varies. It is often best to contact us in regards to your requirements. We can provide larger volumes of sweets to clients if they should so wish but we are not a dedicated whole-saler.

How can I pay for my order?

Can I change or amend my order after it has been placed?

Yes but it depends. Depending on how far along your order is it may or may not be able to be amended. The best course of action is to contact the team and see if we can assist you with your request.

How much notice is required for in store collection orders?

Typically 1 hour. When an order is placed, you will be offered a selection of collection times for your convenience. These will typically start from 1 hour after your order is placed. This is to ensure that your order can be processed properly and in a timely fashion.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

Contact us so we can look into it. Your order may not be with you for a variety of reasons, we will do our utmost best to track down and rectify any issues on our end.

What is your return policy?

To return your goods, please email us at sales@charlies-sweets.co.uk to advise us and to receive a returns reference number.

Any refund that you are entitled to will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.

Likewise, should you be requesting an exchange for goods of a higher value to your original order, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order?

Goods not received: you must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.

Return of faulty goods: If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty; please email us at sales@Charlies-Sweets.co.uk describing the problem so that we may seek a suitable resolution.

Please quote your order number on all correspondence with us.

Returning gifts If you’ve received a product as a gift from someone else, you can still return it as per the above guidelines. Any refund will be made to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card – and will not be made to the gift recipient.

What are your delivery times?

It depends on location. We aim to dispatch goods purchased from us as soon as possible. Once we have passed it onto the courier it is dependent on the efficiency of their network. Having said this we aim to have goods in your hand in under 3 days. Please allow more time for remote locations, if there are any problems or you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
